Every time I go on UrbanOutfitters' website I  find myself eyeing this beautiful kaleidoscope quilt! It's the perfect mix of granny-meets-aztec and the quirky geometrical shapes are mesmerizing. I am on the hunt for a look-a-like of this baby. Maybe I'll get lucky on vacation while thrifting and score a quilt like this!

Which brings me to my next topic; I'll be on vacation for the next week! No worries, after that I will have plenty of outfits and thrift finds and who knows, maybe a video ;] I need to get this blog out there, I'm just not sure how hahah:] one day I'll get there:]

This skirt is probably one of my absolute favorites. It's quite a shocker because I tend to stick to darker colors in my wardrobe, but this skirt just stood out so much that I just had to get it!

Looking back at these pictures, I regret not wearing a huge floppy hat with this. Next on my must-have list: a super obnoxiously big floppy hat.

This romper got so many compliments today, it's a shame I had to over-edit the photo so much that you can't see the detail on it. I need a new camera so bad.

The other day my mom and I went into America's Thrift for the first time and it is SO big! I was super overwhelmed. We were excited to be thrifting there, but when I saw two snobs from school acting grossed out about the store,  I totally flipped out.  America's Thrift is in the ghetto and about 40 minutes from my where I live! We just decided to come back on half-off day on Sunday (tomorrow!)

sooooo, if you see a crazy girl with a cart filled with clothes she doesn't need at America's Thrift tomorrow, you can bet it's yours truly :]

p.s. has anyone else seen someone they know at a thrift store and left the store or hid? I hope I'm not the only one that cowers down to being that silly!

I've been bidding on these sweet doc martens and I was the only bidder for days. When it came up to 10 seconds left, someone outbid me. 3rd time this has happened when bidding on doc martens!

life sucks sometimes. maybe I'll just end up paying around $200 for the babies brand new.

I want some Doc's sooooo bad.

For weeks I've been telling myself I need to end this huge shopping kick I've been in, buuuut when I saw Gap had such a great sale, I couldn't hold it in- I had to go. So when my mom and I had some free time to go shopping, I knew Goodwill and Gap were on my list! Everything at Gap was 40% off and the sale rack was an additional 50% off! For about an hour my mom and I searched the steamy store (they didn't have an air conditioner! i was miserable in my maxi-dress!) for things in our size since it was the last day of the sale and most things were gone.

I'm pretty happy of my finds :]
